Altering Flash Template with 4 pictures and some text - 1 page only

I have this flash template: [login to view URL] I need the four pictures on the front page to be changed to my own pictures that I will supply. I need the hover text on the pictures to be changed to my own paragraph and when a picture is clicked to link to an outside page that I will provide the URL for. I need the header at the top to be deleted. I need all the links at the bottom, including the header to be deleted or link to the outside links I provide for the pictures. I need the loading screen information and cursor text to be deleted and just set to "Loading" Music turned off. Bid only if you can do this please... One designer tried and could not get the animation working with the outside link. Payment upon completion as one person already could not do it... This will be a splash page. I do not need any content on the other pages. Budget ~$40. Time frame 1 day MAX.
