Changes to Wordpress Site to increase Search Engine Rankings

I need a Wordpress expert to make some changes to my Wordpress site in order to improve search engine rankings. An example of SOME of the work required is as follows: (but there is more) Improving page load times Addressing errors in the HTML code (there are 102 errors according to the [login to view URL] validator) WITHOUT effecting the overall look of the page Adding/changing meta tags & descriptions Adding/changing H1/H2 tags etc Changing/amending the flash animation code for the site logo/header which seems to be causing problems Updating the logo/header on the blog site to match the main site (also hosted via Wordpress) Redirect from one URL to another for the orders section I need the work done ASAP. You will need to be fluent in WRITTEN English as instructions will be issued via email. I anticipate that for a Wordpress expert the job should take no more than 3 days - maybe 4 if you encounter problems. Payment will be made via Paypal/Freelancer in 2 parts - 50% once work is started and 50% on satisfactory completion of task.
