College Website Design

Design a high-quality and interactive website for our College. Our College has affiliates all over the world. Therefore we need a candidate preferable can design a website in several languages: English, French, German, Italian, Indian, etc, it would be a plus but not essential (two or more languages preferred but not necessary). Please let us know what languages you are capable to translate (We will provide you the English Information) Yet, Excellent graphic design skill is extremely important, since this project also included prospectus design, we are going to publish our College Prospectus 2005-2007. All graphics will be provided by you. We will provide you some photos and logos. No template designs please. Please submit ideas and perhaps web site addresses that could be examples of what the site could look like. Please provide bid. Looking to complete in a few weeks. The Budget will include 1-year maintenance and update. Bonus may be given for excellent programmer/designer. Database is also needed since we need a login system and virtual classroom and virtual Office for our students and faculty respectively. A calender, search bar and student/faculty login should be displayed on the index page. This project include many pages like a common University website, please be psychological prepared, I don't want to waste our time, let me know if you can complete it within 30 days at the budget of USD150-280. When bidding, please provide the as much detail as possible, including the length of time you think that it will take, what development tools you will be using, what platform will be required to host the website and what will be required of us. Please feel free to ask any questions. Because we envision this to be a much larger project, we are hoping to find someone that we can work and communicate with easily and reliably. We apologize in advance if the following requirements, payment terms and conditions seem a little strict, but we have had problems in the past and would really like to weed out those individuals and firms that cannot perform. We will only pay the advance payment once a functional index page was presented. We reserve the right to cancel the project if we do not hear from the you within a reasonable timeframe. We reserve the right to not release any of the escrowed fees if you do not deliver the scope of work within the timeline and our expected quality agreed upon. We will choose the most suitable person who bid the least.
