Custom PSD + Video Animation Editing - Top Professionals Only - No Time Wasters Please

Two part project. 1) We will provide a .png mockup along with 2 live website examples. We will also provide a quick instruction document stating likes and dislikes about everything provided. At that point, you will be asked to create a PSD. All custom design. Please no templates. 2) We have 6 videos that are animation in .fla format. We need you to upload new voiceovers that we have recorded to the videos. We also want you to then deliver the videos to us in the suggest bitrate format per YouTube suggestions. We expect videos to be in the highest HD resolution possible as well when you deliver them. Please note, the videos are created.
