Digg Style voting and Video/jpeg uploading

Require a comments section to be added to our site. It must be able to have a voting system(similar to digg), as well as the ability to upload jpegs and or flashvideo. Have a look at [login to view URL] and look at their comment section. User must provide email etc, to be able to comment and or upload content. Content must be viewed by administrator before going public. Simple web-based admin console. This also needs to be secure.
