hi i am planning to build a steaming adult video site like megarotic.com. I will find server host myself, I need someone to build a site can: broadcast streaming videos, allow users to upload videos, allow users to become pay members, and pay members can download videos and add to favorite (normal members can't), allow users to rate and registered mebers to comement on each single video. allow videos to be sorted according to its types, click times, or rated scores. allow search functions, have an easy to use back office control panel.
