Animated Flash map of world

For our home page, we require a flash animation that will be placed as seen in the attached screen shot. We would like to bring this graphic ALIVE with Flash. Here are the ideas we would like to expand on: - Detect user's time zone - Animated map of world to identify and display user's timezone - Loop animation that shows different kinds of "network activity" happening randomly at different locations across the global map. - "Activity" should make use of different kinds of effects, such as ripple effects, electron-type activity bursting from one location to another, circuit board lightening/electrification, network exchanges, buying and selling....these are all just ideas we would like your creativity to expand on. Final product must look very professional and conform to our existing color pallette. - Effects should not be so overdone that it distracts away from main content of page. - As background, our business connects people all over the world in 80 plus countries for real-time auctions of advertising media. Questions are welcome and most appreciated. Those who only list their portfolios will not get as much consideration as those who ask questions that demonstrate you understand the vision. We have attached several static screen shots as examples only.
