Change target in fla file from _parent or _blank to _self

I purchased a flash menu and I've got it working fine. My only problem is that every time I click on a thumbnail it opens the page in a new window. I know nothing about programming in Flash.

I'm sure this would be a quickie project for someone that knows what they are doing.
