I am looking for a flash editor or animator that can create good overlays that will go over previously recorded and edited footage . See attached pictures for examples, also need someone in ::::: London :::::: so i can tell them face to face what i need. Please do not send expensive quotes as this is an ongoing project so you will make your money.
This project will be ongoing so please understand that this will be needed on a longterm contract if this sample version is good.
