I am using an AS3 iPhone Touch Scroll class I found, which does a very nice job of smoothly scrolling a MovieClip. It looks very good using an Android Tablet. There are 2 features I'd like to improve here: 1- enable a "snap to next screen" type feature - right now it sort of bounces, but I'd like a clean snap to the next screen 2- right now when using a touch device, using a light swipe to move to the next or previous screen often triggers one of the buttons inside of the MovieClip, which is a menu. I'd like behavior more like what you see on the iPad when you scroll from screen to screen. The iPad almost always seems to know when your are scrolling, and when you intend to to tap an icon instead. You may need to understand swipe gestures to accomplish this - I'm not sure, as right now I'm just using Mouse Events which are converted by Air for Android. The job needs to be completed within 3 or 4 days from the start. If you have a BETTER solution for mobile scrolling using AS3, I'd be happy to see it! The demo FLA is attached (I converted to CS4 so more people could access it). Keep in mind behavior with your MOUSE will not be the same as a touch device - I really need somebody to either test via an emulator, or an Android device. If you cannot do that, but think you can code this anyway - you'll have to send me any updated version to test myself. That is not a huge problem but the timeframe is not huge here.
