control bar resize work for "karunafly" (provider)

The following work is for "karunafly" (provider). For $90 the following work will be done: 1) The control bar in the flash player will get re-sized automatically. All the icons, buttons, text and scrubber will get re-sized proportionately. 2) If the height of the flash player is >= 500 pixels then the height of the control bar will be fixed. 3) If the height of the flash player is < 500 pixels then the height of the control bar will be reduced to a fraction of the flash player height (i.e. 10% or 15%). 4) The width of the control bar will be the same width of the flash player. 5) If the width of the control bar is re-sized all the control bar icons, buttons, text and scrubber shall be re-sized as well to make it readable. No icons, buttons, text or scrubber should overlap each other.
