The objetive is to put one image over another image with effects. In particular the 1 image is an image from a person and the other one is de image (black and withe) from de lips of the person. The lips need to change colour and have gloss effects 3D simulation and shine effect. Texture must be an option too. The colour of the effect change depending of the user selection. Create filters and use function (like noise) for aply to an image an add visual effects in real time. Work with BitMap, BitMapData, BitMapAssets, and Image, filters , blendMode.

The work proposed here can be quite complex. Are you expecting that the user upload an image, and then that the application should detect the area of the user's lips so that other colors/textures be superimposed on that area? Or is this application always using the same image? And therefore the same shape is always superimposed over the image? My bid is high, and probably should be higher, if you want the former. The latter is easier to achieve, but not necessarily straight forward.
