Dissertation 12000-15000 words plus 3500-4000 words proposal

I need to write two dissertation with proposal. Both two dissertations is about international marketing. And you can choose any two different areas of international marketing, for example, one is about marketing strategy and another is culture. You can choose any two directions of international marketing. But make sure two dissertations are different directions. The proposal should be finished before April 4th, and each proposal should be 3500-4000 words with at least 2000 words literature review. I will choose 2 guys, and each one will write one.
