Adsense Consulting & Optimization

I have 3 websites using adsense that have dropped from a high of $12,000 per month to less than $5,000 per month in about 18 month time. 100% of my traffic is from type-ins. [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] are basically a parked page and [login to view URL] has very thin content. I have done nothing to optimize adsense and have not changed the design / layout since they were launched. I am looking to hire an adsense specialist to better help me optimize my existing sites along with developing a strategy to build better sites with more in-depth content. At a minimum I think I should be setting up A/B testing of different ad sizes and configurations along with blocking the low paying ads. However, I am hoping to hire someone that has a much better idea of what needs to be done than myself. I am also hoping that this is not a onetime project but to find someone that can help oversee the ongoing optimization of these sites and others I hope to buy.
