A simple GAE Data store and RESTFul api needed

Hi Developers,

I need a GAE solution with which I can store 2 information

1. user_id

2. date.

The data store is defined as follows

USERID [VARCHAR], date [DATE]

Need RESTApi as follows

1. insert data in to table

2. select total entries between date range per userid.

Very simple right? may be an expert can complete this task in 2 to 3 hours. So, please bid with a nominal rate.
