Cartoon software specialist 3D YOU MUST READ ALL INFORMATION! - repost

We are looking for a great Artist / Animator ... I need to make professional looking cartoons, I really like Xtranormal for doing this, but their licence agreement mean I can't use if for commercial use. We need a new short cartoon made monthly. Must be formatted for video to run on mobile formats, e mail, and iphones. Also, if you have worked with any software that does this and you have examples of your work could you send them to me? If the software and your work is suitable we will have a lot of work for you. The main setting for videos would be a Doctor set in the consulting room. I will need audio to be synchronized to the character's mouth movements. if done well, we will have monthly work.
