Characters needed for a game

I own a small game development studio called Just-Add-U studios. We are working on a second mobile device game after having great success with our first game. We need 2 models. One needs to be a soldier, WWII era or close. The other is just a character but it needs 2-3 different textures, so that it looks like three separate models. The both characters need to be made in 3ds Max so that you can supply us the .3DS or .MAX files. They need to be rigged, but only the arms and legs, thats all. No need to do more rigging than is needed. They can be fairly low poly because they will be running on our mobile game engine. This is a Top-looking-down game so the top half has to look the best.
