I am hydrology engeneer, I use autocad, hec-ras or epanet among others. Usualy in design is not considered factor water, inundation or distribution. This is my job. For the job I need topography, wether station with register of rain and/or river flow. With this and other data, I model your job posing few options. My fees aply per hour and the delivery time is for project size.
