I have pieced together a rough draft with clip art from around the web and want a final good looking version. The twist on this COA is that I want the animals on the shield(Panther and Bear) to look more modern almost tattoo like but not completely and the details around the banners to be blue and gold. At the bottom is what I want, but I want it all drawn fresh and nothing taken from this picture since it is all borrowed work and put together hastily, Also in case you cannot read it the motto is in Latin and read like this, respice, adspice, prospice.
