Design a Brochure

I need a Microsoft Word template prepared for the purposes of creating Investment Summaries. My requirements are: - It be easy to work with in microsoft word - a template is designed within word where fields are entered and then repopulated throughout (deal name, location, date, whatever) - a template that is delivered in both portrait and landscape (so, depending on exhibits and appendixes and electronic vs print, we can decide) - a template with instructions for a novice word user to turn into a PDF that can be saddle stitched, singe sided, double sided and electronic output - a template with a table of contents that is populated with two types of section headers: a main and a sub (so when you insert those it comes out on the first page and if text and things are inserted, the table of contents automatically changes) - a template with our precise colors and high resolution logo (now is the time to change any of that but I personally like what we have for now) - a couple of different cover pages (one for more comprehensive longer summaries, one for more of a short teaser, etc) - the ability for a portrait doc to have pages that are landscape and vice versa - all font must be Garamond - somebody responsive, available and able to make changes on demand I have attached the company logo here and need the color scheme of the template to match the scheme of the logo. Also, before payment is made I need to see a sample of the product I will be getting so that I can confirm with business partners to make sure they approve the designs.
