Business Card - custom artwork+logo, must deliver as PS template

Business card for my small business. I am looking for something completely "custom" with actual art work that will look impressive. Someone that possesses a high level of creativity & an eye for modern art/tattoo design/new age style would be preferred. I have attached an example of what I consider to be a "well designed" card. I will be providing a basic logo prototype for the card, it's up to you to turn it into a masterpiece. You must also be willing to "stay on board" until I have the cards finalized (printed up) in case any last minute changes are needed to finish the printing process without flaw. My business name is "HMU Mobile" My logo will involve interlocking 3's (or a 33 joined together) inside of a pyramid/triangle. Along with the three letters H, M & U. Must be delivered as a photo shop editable template. Please attach samples of past logo-design / business card design. PLEASE INCLUDE SOME OF YOUR PREVIOUS WORK/PORTFOLIO IN ALL BID MESSAGES!
