Next Power, a commercial Solar PV installation company based in Perth, Western Australia, requires a new proposal document template. This document template will primarily be for presenting professional proposals to its prospective clients.
Currently Next Power uses an excel spreadsheet, with custom fonts and pages. This has worked well however we would like to upgrade to an online proposal creator package, Quote Roller. This move to an online package requires a custom CSS for our organisation and maybe some HTML editing. Login details to this will be provided to the successful freelancer.
The completed project would be a robust CSS for use on this online platform as well as other online platforms. We will also need custom backgrounds to suit our proposals and configuring to apply these to our web based Quote Roller account.
The following attachments have been included:
1. Our logos (zip file)
2. Word based template document - this is supplied to help you with some direction in the design. Note that the colours are based on our old branding, so ideally they would be changed to match the current attached logo.
3. Custom font pack for our organisation.
4. An example brochure to help with direction. Note that this brochure has the look that we are after although we would prefer a white background with black writing in our proposals for ease of reading.
We also have copies of images that we have purchased for the brochure. Please let us know if you would like the originals of these.
