BOOK TO BE MADE READY FOR PUBLISHING

I have a manuscript planned for [login to view URL] needs proofreading,indexing .As it has several charts and components(approximately 50)such as illustrations, , graphs, tables, subheads, in line graphics...All formatting done and saved by myself as a .DOC will all disappear ,once I try to simply save it as a .PDF file ,which is why my publisher need to have it be properly formatted,edited and laid out according to CHICAGO [login to view URL] this reason I need to find a graphic artist/designer to do the interior layout for me with a publishing software like In-Design or Quark.I need a BOOK INDEX to be developed as well. This would mean that the interior of the book would need to come back to me PRESS READY in a locked .PRN or .PDF file,to be directly submitted to my publisher.
