Create a PDF Brochure Guide to be downloaded from our website. Will need to be re-worded first in UK English and still comply with UK Regulation (please send draft wording so I can check this first). Business Logo to use attached and if possible use the attached "For Rent Picture". Anything highlighted in Yellow the context needs to remain the same but the wording can be altered.

I was thinking that the text should be in a grey colour but am open to suggestions.
