Data entry - QuarkXpress to Real Estate website database

I need someone who knows QuarkXpress (must have this program Version 7 or 8) and Photoshop or another program (that would convert/reduce size of photos used in print for the internet) to upload real estate listings from print ads in a real estate magazine. Each real estate ad has anywhere from 3-15 listings per page. We publish a real estate magazine 7 times per year. Entire ads (with layout, pictures, logos) will be uploaded to an ftp site with quark/photoshop files. You'll need high speed internet as the files are large. You will download each customer print ad file, open the ads in Quark, then upload listings to our site one by one, entering in acreage, bedrooms, baths, descriptions, contact information of realtors. Might need to go to customer's website for info as well or search for zip code's of towns through google. Must SPELL well, english, grammar, attention to detail required. Need immediate help, about 10 ads to do. More work in the future, we average 64-72 pages that require data entry/editing each issue. I'm not sure how long this will take, so specify an hourly rate as well as a rate for the project. If it takes more hours then your hourly rate I can pay more for the additional time. Then we'll know in the future how much time this takes...
