Comprehensive charting from an excel database

I want to have a comprehensive charting from a database. The crucial mathematical aspect of the project is automatic drawing of lines for specified angles from a certain datapoint on the chart. The database has already exist in excel and growing every day, which might be submitted as example. The computer program must be capable to satisfy the conditions as follows: • The first column of the database is historical dates. The second and consecutive (might be hundreds of but not thousands) columns are different numeric values for different products at that day of first column. • The program will draw the chart where X-axis is dates from first column and Y-axis is corresponding values of chosen product. The program simultaneously will draw optionally defined angle lines on the chart. The name of product will be optinal, manually written, at front page. • The related angle lines will start from extreme max and min values at its historical date. The starting extreme max and min dates will be optinal, manually written, at front page. • In order to avoid from charting all database all the time there will be option cell in front page to write how many days before the chosen max or min will be starting point of charting. If blank all database. • There will be 15 different cells, which will define the number of lines to draw as well, in order to write the degrees of angles to draw lines on the chart at the front page. Upward sloppings might be "+" where downwards "-" i.e. cell 1: +15 cell 2: -30 where angles will be one upward 15 degrees and one downward 30 degrees. Every angle line would be different color, where there is no need to be optional. Fixed to visually easy colors are enough. • The same charting capability will be possible for relative values of the products. The relative product will be optinal, manually written, to a cell at the front page. If this cell is blank outright value charting of the chosen product, if this cell is filled relative value charting will be valid. i.e. Let's say chosen product is A and relative chosen product is B then charting and drawing of related angles will use A divided by B, A/B, values. If relative product cell is blank then the chart will use outright values of product A. • The charts would be different window from front page and the program will be capable to draw seperate charts in a different windows depending on changes at optinal cells in the front page. There might be a button of "Draw chart" at the front page, in order to draw seperate chart with given optional cells values at the front page at that moment. • The date and values at X-Y axises, the name of product- if it is valid the name in relative such as A/B, the degrees of angles will be on the chart. I want to see the value and date for a specific data point on the chart by using cursor as well. • Saving and printing has to be possible for charts. I do not force the use any programming language. You will be free to chose which program to use for the project. The only criteria is that it has to be user-friendly common known program with high performance for the needs of project.
