Design a Logo - Super Basic Super Quick

I need someone to design a super quick and super easy logo for my new site, do not need anything complex. I will give you the colors and concept, and hope this can be done within an hour. This is a low budget project looking for someone from the middle east. Need this done asap. Will create full milestone, will not release any money until completion.
