Design book template with inDesign

I am writing a 100 page book and will put it together in Indesign. I am looking for an INDESIGN SPECIALIST who can get me started with a well prepared indesign document. You must really know how to get the most out of the product without resorting to kludgy fixes and workarounds. I have provided a mockup of the book contents, created in powerpoint and saved in PDF. I can provide more text and the corporate colours to the successful applicant. The project requires you to: - create the base document with all the correct page sizes, bleed settings for the publishing house I am using - create the master pages for each major style of page - fill sample pages with placeholder text to emulate the mockup I provide - document will need to feature * automated TOC and running chapter headings * paragraph and character styles * left/right page numbers * min 3mm bleed on ALL sides - provide a sample export PDF that I can check with the publisher - deliver the work as a packaged indesign project - make one or two very basic background vector images to be applied to various pages (see attached) In your submission would you please provide samples of PDF's that you have created using InDesign, particularly if related to a book, or workbook.
