Adapt logo design

Hi, We are looking for a logo design, mainly it will be used in our website ans also should be prepared for printing. We already have two desings that we like and we would like to adapt to our company name. Attached there are the two logos we would like to adapt and an screenshot of our home webpage. Company name: esquiplus Claim: Esquiando en Andorra. 1.- Notes logo. Adapt it in blue color and all crosses in blue color. Obviosuly the crosses will be at the end esqui+++. Intead the eye in the e letter we would like the snow symbol ** Below the logo small letters with our home url and below that our claim. 2.- Mobile logo. adapt it in blue gradient color instead of yellow. Below the logo small letters with our home url and below that our claim. Once one of the logos will be approbed, a simple bussines card design should be delivered. Thanks in advance.
