Design Color, Vector Logo for Multiple Applications

I am attaching the general idea for a logo that I'd like designed in color, as a vector file. The top line will be the company initials in an italic font and the line under the harpoon will be the company's full name, probably in another font. You will be allowed to be a little creative with the layout though - the harpoon doesn't have to show exactly as it does here - it could even interact with the letters - leaning again or going through the initials, even. The important thing is the initials will be the most prominent part and the full company name needs to show. Client has said they probably prefer blue letters and a black harpoon. Please let me know if you have any questions before bidding. Please note that I'm not in a major rush to get this done. It's more important to me that instructions are followed and that you do a good job. In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours to get revisions back from my client to you, so you will need to be patient. Thanks for your interest!
