Design a Logo and Channel Art for a YouTube Channel

A brand new logo and Channel Art are required for a newly created youTube channel.
The winner must:
1) Be a professional designer capable to provide direction, mocks, match colours etc.
2) Provide the original psd files with layers unlocked and ungrouped.
3) Examples (even as jpg) regularly that will be used to assess the work produced. Provided feedback must be incorporated prior to releasing the final payment.
Previous experience with similar work is a must and evidences of similar work must provided.
The Channel Art will have to:

3) Include pictures of Athletes (will be provided in jpg format - photo editing skills a MUST as background must be stripped off)
4) Include wording (provided) with the same quality as the ones shown in the following videos:
