Design a Logo for an alternative nutrition practitioner

Looking for a captivating logo that will speak to peak performers/high achievers as well as reflect my personality and my easy, accessible approach. I was born on the beach, and my sensibility- no matter how big the city I live in- reflects that. Perhaps that will be reflected in the logo...but the logo itself should speak to the ideas of 'exceptional', 'individual', 'performance', and 'friendly'.
My company is called 'The Exalted Performer' ([url removed, login to view] is the domain) and my work is supporting successful, high achievers, peak performing business owners, athletes, actors in film/TV/Theatre, Seminar leaders to operate at their optimum. The work I do- and now am looking to begin branding online- is highly personalized, science (evidence) based nutritional & dietary protocols based on lab work as well as other information-gathering.
I don't yet have a 'second' line to the title, but it might be something like...'Optimal Health for Peak Performance' or 'Personal Nutrition for Your Personal Best'- something to that effect.
As for my personality and approach: I'm pretty easy-going, as well as well-educated and articulate; I look at the work I do with my clients as high-end; but not fussy or stuffy. However, my rates are steep (to some), due to the fact that I'm really very hands on, very available for conferencing and interfacing with their 'health care team'. But I'm not selling an elementary self-help program. I'm in the trenches working along side my clients, so it's intensive. There are labs being run, lots of interviewing and forms being filled out- gathering a great deal of information in order to quantify and individualize the specific needs of the client and tailor the nutritional program to suit them to a T.
The feel of this wants to reflect that: 'expensive' and 'professional' as well as 'friendly' and 'warm/relaxed', but emphasis on the 'one on one' type of coaching. Personalized. Personal. And thus a kind of intimacy.
2 websites come to mind- very different, each with something I like. [url removed, login to view] is a provocative logo- one of the few that isn't the practitioner's first name; [url removed, login to view] is certainly based on a celebrity doctor, which I'm not. But there's an ease, a warmth and accessibility on his site that I appreciate, though his logo itself is very plain.
Other thoughts: I'm also an acupuncturist. The idea of transformation at the root of this medicine, as it is with the nutritional work. And transformation really begins when the root of the issue is identified and addressed. I've attached my logo for my acupuncture practice ([url removed, login to view]). What speaks to me about it is the fact that it's using the classical taiji symbol (yin/yang) but with a contemporary edge, including my seaside colors.
I like the edgy feel of the black and red images- the tree with the DNA helix within it is really interesting...I don't want black and red. Blue/green/teal/apple green. I know I've said it, but the sea colors...
