Design a char-based logo and split it into 3 related design concepts

I need a logo and brand image to be created by an experienced and flexible designer, preferably someone who has already done something similar for the fashion industry (please provide references).
Please read carefully the attached file for more details.
REQUIREMENTS:
• The 3 concepts in different files
• Provide original editable file and also standard file formats (jpg, png, etc) for direct use, including transparent version
• Step 1: Provide between 3 to 5 versions for the FONT selection
• Step 2: Provide at least 2 revisions for FONT selection (including a whole new set of 5 fonts on each revision if necessary)
• Step 2: up to 5 revisions of colors (text and background)
• Step 3: Provide between 3 to 5 versions of flower-like border with background; allow 2 revisions of flower-like background
