A 3second youtube animation intro needed for youtube channel

I need a 3sec video intro for my youtube channel. This would be a simple text/graphic based intro. An example i am looking for is the first 3 seconds on this video- [login to view URL] Another video is [login to view URL] The basic idea of my intro, is for the intro to have the words 'FunnyVideosArchives' on. Then a Miniature stick figure doing a polevault along these words. As the stick figure does the pole valut, the pole snaps and the stick figure falls to the ground. I would like the 3sec video to be in 1080p so i can use it for the larger videos that are uploaded. The video would also need to be able to be exported to adobe premiere pro without any import issues/video/file format conversions. I am looking for someone to complete this project within a week if possible. I will talk to the bidders to answer any questions you may have before chosing a winning bid.
