A very simple logo

I am looking for a logo that is simple only two words One of the words is 7 characters and the second word is 3 characters Using an interesting Font combo to highlight the word art. Color is flexible - not sure Could maybe include a tagline ...again not sure If done well and for a great price, I would give the graphic artist any of the web design elements required also. Please supply these things with your proposal 1. Some logo designs you have done - your original work 2. Your price 3. How many options you will present (3-5?) 4. How many revisions it includes - once the main image is chosen 5. If you are selected, how long for you to present your designs?
