Adjust my script and new template

This is a code ignitor based project. the script is : [login to view URL] it is installed. so all you have to do is exert this. You can use existing scripts and even theme forest for the layout. SO that should put the price low. So you must understand codeignitor. There are several requirements. 1. create a new template : - Create a psd or jpg so the design can be agreed on before implementation. - You only get acces to the cpanel after I accept the design. - Implement the design. 2. Create a news / blog plugin - This can be a existing system in codeignitor. You don’t need to build it from scratch. - Speed must be ok - A good editor - Img upload and album creation. - Tags - Meta description and meta keywords - Title - Clean urls 3. Banner system • Upload or add banner ( html , or upload img + link) • View counter • Select priority for banner • Click counter if img upload • Select city where banner can be shown • Also you can base this on existing scripts 4. Reward system • Add to the user system a reward system • Add points to tweet reservation • Add point to like a host • Add point to click banner • Add points to share on faceboo • Add point to buy with partner • some other extra functions • A small shop function where they can pay with the points they earn . product must be added in the admin + number of points. 5. Speed up site+ clean urls 6. Fix language issues. 7. add payment processor.
