Build a Job Website in Word Press

I need somethng similar to a job website with some tweaks of our own. I would need a senario where both Cmpanies & Job Seekers can signup & have their own dashboard, be able to send messages, See jobs, apply, Create their profile add Pic. Companies must be able to manage multiple job postings see where are appliing, select base on their location & experince etc. Get their contact number. Browse people looking for Job Send message to them. Sending contact info must be prohibited & Certain limitation would be aplicable to companies depending on their plans. Auto activate access ort restric them depending on the state of their subscription plan. I'm in favor of using any available plugin for this & if someone can modify that plugin work becomes easier. I need it to be good looking. Please mention "I agree" at the start of your bid/ application. When applying mention the actual cost, & time, person must be able to talk on phone & skype. Mention if you can do it using a plugin or not.
