Build a School Website

Requirement: Need a school website with static 4-5 page and one dynamic page 4-5 page, you can decide what it should be, i have no particular design in my mind, so feel free to be creative . There should be AJAX image effect on home page or on header part. I will provide you the image in some time, but u can start the work with dumy image. It should be connected to MYSQL db system, 2 database each of which should contain 5 tables, namely Test1, Test 2, Test3, Test4, Test5 , which should have 6 columns 1 for userID and 5 test columns like test1, .. test5. Each of these column needs to be filled with respect to USERID. Entry made into these tables can be manual. Dynamic page should have following functionality: 1. Based on UserId, it should decide which database to select and and fetch the values and present it in page. PS: I will approve First milestone, only if demo page is shown, but milestone payment wont be released. I will approve Second milestone, only if Static work is done, but second milestone wont be released, First milestone will be released. I will approve third milestone, only if Dynamic page work is done, and second milestone will be releaed. I will approve fourth milestone, if all features are complete and will release third milestone. I will release fourth milestone, if any of the bugs found are fixed. PS: What ever deadline will be decided should be strictly followed.
