I am in need a very good IT Consulting website with all the features required for a IT recruitment company.
Following are the minimal features required :
1) IT consulting company ( my company ) should be able to post a job oppurtunity on our website.
2) job seeker should be able to post the resume and apply for a job posted on our website.
3) Automatic notification of the job application to the recruiter
4) Recruiter should be able to store the candidates information based on the Technology , location and experience
5) Recruiter should be able to store Vendor's information based on the client name and location.
6) Company website should be able to provide access to the recruiters and employees to view the necessary information based on the role of the login user.
7) Should design the logo of the company
8) Mass emailing feature to the candidates as well as sub vendors for a new job opening opportunity.
9) Should be able to provide a demo on the websites that are build in the same fashion using a demo account
10) Also looking for a Software training website - interested trainees should be able to chat with our representative. , we should be able to provide some sample videos of the trainers , Login functionality for the trainees to see the materials provided.
