I would like to point out that I am business/marketing/UX oriented person who has been working as IT project manager / UI/UX designer for last 5 years so first of all I believe that it's mandatory to understand business needs, strategy, auditory and project targets before even start working as it saves a lot of time afterwards and the result is much more effective. The website will also have an easy to use content management system meaning updating the website in the future will be easy. I notice you have a mailing list and upcoming page but no calendar to show when you have events, if you like i can incorporate an easy to use calendar. i can also incorporate Google maps so people will get a better bigger pop-out of directions to help them more easily find you.
