i need to build a website for real estate company and it should be on Wordpress with the following specifications :
1- two language
2- places in categories : city – area - neighborhood and more
3- back-end for their employee/agent to help customers requests based on their properties or same area.
4- User account for customers
5- develop semi-automatic (weekly/manual) newsletter to be sent based on city or interest.
6- permissions for agent/employee based on groups and places to be able to see some hidden fields and have a lot of options depends on the city ,area and neighborhood
7- admin dashboard for website statistics
8- counters for viewed properties
9- customers can add properties after getting approval from the admin
10- when add a property the property ID should be automatically interring in this formula (RW0001). R : stand for the city name , W <west>: stand for the directions , and the numbers
10- ready for CRM function
12- I will provide u the design in PSD and the website should work in all browsers and should fit in the smartphones.
