Build a Website that exchnge ideas for money and reverse side.

Dear freelancers, In our world we have many people that have (good) ideas and they never execute them.. it's staying in their minds or in the pc.. on the other hand we have many people that have money and resources BUT they dont have an ideas. The website need to be platform that combine between these 2 kind of users. The website visually need to be very simple and clean, for example in the home page we will see some shape (let's say suitcase) that sorted by categories (Construction, Education, Electrical, Electronic, etc..) titles and short description of the idea. When the user want to see more of this idea he need to click on it, when he enter he will see the what eachsuitcase has (business plan YES /NO, full description YES /NO and and anything that good idea needs to success. From this point if the user want to see all the details and the content that in the suitcase he need topay the money that the idea owner want, if he want to buys the full rights of the idea (delete it from the site) he needs to pay bigger price (that the idea owner want). From each money transaction the website admin get X%. Your job : To find existed / platform for this kind of project(i prefer this way).
