What i understand from your post is: You need a website that has a page, enlisting the videos you upload and some other pages that you need for information, such as contact, about, company profile etc. Furthermore, you want an elegant look for your website. Please note that the videos on your website can be set in two ways. 1. Create a streaming server of your own, which streams the videos as requested and hence giving more power to the owner. This setup would require having your own Dedicated or Virtual Private Server and hence raises your overall cost of setup and maintenance. 2. Upload the videos on some publicly available streaming services, such as Dailymotion/Youtube and then embed those in your website, hence lowering the load on your server. This setup costs very less, as your website can be hosted on a shared server. My quote is for the second option. The first option would have a slightly higher price, and is totally negotiable.
