Build a Website

I want to build a website which is all about real estate, especially in Thailand. The websites would have clean looks and much functionality which are similar to those of “Trulia” [Except Trulia only provide “home” information but this website offers a wide range of properties]. The site would provide real estate listings for the buyers and sellers can also submit their properties. It will also have advice on everything related to real estates i.e. “how to choose a house”, “house tax”, “house maintenance”, “mortgage”, etc. Users can browse properties in themes such as sport, restaurant, river, malls, and transportation. The site must support 2 languages, Thai and English. The website has listings for developers/contractors close to the areas [local businesses). Thus, those users can login as developers/contractors and Each listing would have Address, Price, Amenities, Area Size, Type of property, Photo, Street View, Save to Favorite, Contact Agent [Which is essentially a form for user to contact the one who posts the property] I will provide the details of the website in a words file. However, the layout details for example how to put the image here, put the search box there, put the ad box over there; I like to work with you along the way until the project is finished. I would have the example inputs for you also. Those are just the drafted idea, so things can be changed all the time. But the core idea is still there. The final product I expect is the live fully running website. I already have a domain name, however, the hosting and administrative stuffs would be us working together. The successful bidder also has to teach me also how to manage the website once the project is finished. Thank you! P.S.
