We need to upgrade our existing e-commerce website [login to view URL] to do the following: 1. An online database with information such as Members information, class taken, class registered, password, machine rental, any transactions in general, store members' picture, time in and out everytime, and more. The online database then allow members to check-in at a store location (like a gym). Staff can also add more members at the location. 2. Classes or workshops management system allows staff to see who's taking what class, adding class sessions, pulling out class history,... This class system is also tied in the database above 3. Add machine rental system so users can purchase a block of time and pay before coming into the store to use equipment. 4. All transactions needs to be completed online. Need to be able to send quote, invoice and such. 5. Recurring memberships need to be automatically done online and filled out by users. Need to be able to automatically send membership charge reminder, automatically charge monthly and send receipts. 6. The main database needs to be fluid between all online and in store transactions. 7. The website needs to be optimized for SEO: Laser engraving, laser cutting, personalized gift, custom engraving and 3D printing. 8. The website needs to be mobile friendly. 9. We need basic training to maintain the website and database in house.
