I wish to build a website on astrology. It would be like a forum where users can participate. There would be a store also to display some products and an order form. It should be designed in such a way that advertisements can be easily inserted and integrated in the future. A layman user little basic knowledge of computers should be able to manage the website. There should be blog feature as well. Payment gateway integration is also desirable and it should be able to display advertisement,s banners etc. The bidder should have done something similar and must share some work samples.
