I want to create a website that is similar to this: [login to view URL] The site is targeted to uni students in Australia. It needs to have Reddit's upvote and downvote system, a sign up system, easy and simple interface. I also want a comment system. Users will be able to click on the titles of each course and it will open up a comments section. Only registered users will be able to comment and vote.
