Build a Website

We are looking some professional help in building our Minimum value Product. Some of the silent features of the product are: 1. Allow user to create the account a. Username, password, basic info and some other information in term of 10-15 questions. b. Need to be stored in some format. 2. User can get analysis of it's data a. Will draw the analysis result in term of graph, as per the request of user & send over e-mail to him/her. b. We will code the algorithm in C/C++ as a function. Function will take input vector and return output vector. Data type could be as simple as int and will take values between 0-100. This could be dummy right now. ( simulated results) 3. Third party can create it's account a. Product/Service companies can create their profile. This could be very basic profile. 4. Third party can create its deals/products a. Product/Service companies can create the deals/products. This could be some image with tag name. 5. Matching algorithm between deals/product & user analysis. a. This algorithm will suggest some deals/product to the user based the analysis result and these deals/products will be draw on website ( some pictures). b. We will write this algorithm in C/C++. Or this could be dummy right now. Note : algorithms in 2 & 5 could be dummy and will be done as separate project. We have template design of website with us. We can share it later.
