Build a Website

I have a property site already but it crashed and the programmer cant be found so have to build a new one from scratch :( I have some of the old files and maybe if you are good with MySQL you can put it back together but if not I need a new site designed with the same features... Uploading properties - pictures, details, videos etc managed by a database with To Let and For Sale sections is ideal... Also ability to manage a mailing list within the site with a backend is also a good feature which we had... Kindly apply if you can start now as this is very urgent.. Thank you and God bless..
