Will have to simplify the bidding process as well as simply everything, less thing to learn by users. RESPONSIVE UI DESIGN
1. Now only one party can submit a project, but same person can submit a service as well such as a lecture, or sale a product, people can show interest, then escrow and then pay. So, concept is submitting like a project but money is moving to other direction (who submitted)
2. No concept of bidding, only shows "Interest" and submitter accept one or more
3. Money will move to escrow account automatically based on what submitter requested during submission. This site would be based on small work, so they dont have time to click so many buttons, just make life easier as much as possible.
4. Facebook, linkedin, google plus connector. User can invite friends and if the invited friends finally joins, it will show on his profile and put that information in a new table. Inviting friends followed by joining will get monetary benefit. (marketing purpose)
5. Some other minor functionality changes.
IMPORTANT: I had bad experience in the past. If you can NOT show me quality of work within a 4 days of start, project will be cancelled or whatever deliverable at that point will be paid off.
